1. Complete Financial Disclosure

  • Professional preparation of your Form 13.1
    Financial Statement and Net Family Property Statement

2. Spousal Support Analysis

This packages does NOT include a formal divorce order which requires a Court filing and judge’s signature. A separate fee and retainer is required.

  • Child support calculations

    • Detailed parenting plan covering

    • Decision-making authority

    • Parenting schedule and access arrangements

    • Communication protocols

    • Transition arrangements for children

  • Child-focused negotiation approach

Investment: $1650 plus HST per month for 12 months

Timeline: targeted 5 months from start to signed agreement

90 Day Divorce* Plus

All the services provided in the 90 Day Divorce Package with the following additional support:

Double the negotiation time (10 lawyer hours instead of 5)

Double the client communication time (8 lawyer hours instead of 4)

  • Longer timeline to accommodate delays and challenges

  • More patience for difficult opposing parties

  • Optional mediation support if negotiations stall (mediation fees are charged separately)

Investment: $1800 plus HST per month for 12 months

Timeline: targeted 6 months from start to signed agreement

Best for situations where:

  • Your spouse is unresponsive or slow to provide documents

  • Negotiations are taking longer than expected

  • Your spouse has trouble making decisions
